Qionghai Lake and Lushan Mountain Scenic Area is located in Xichang City, the capital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, within the Yi Autonomous Prefecture. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. In 2005, the mountain area covered 6,509 km², and the lake surface area was 27.9 km². Its geographical coordinates are 102°16′-102°20′ east longitude and 27°47′-27°52′ north latitude. The scenic area is integrated with the urban area of Xichang, forming a unique natural landscape where mountains, water, and city coexist harmoniously—a rare sight in China. Opening hours: open all year round from 08:00 to 19:00.
