Xiaoyucun, or the Small Fishing Village, is an important natural fishery base on Qionghai Lake. It is named “Small Fishing Village” because Qionghai Lake serves as a major natural fishery base in Liangshan Prefecture. Previously, there were 829 fishermen on Qionghai Lake, and they mainly lived together in this area, hence the name “Small Fishing Village.”
