Sanjian Temple is located in the middle of Longshou Mountain at the northern foot of Xiapu County, Ningde City. The temple, formerly known as “Sanjian Hall,” was initially built during the Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty and was rebuilt in 1980. During the reconstruction, while preserving the original landscape, new features were added, including the “Kangle Corridor,” “Seven-Star Well,” “Lingyun Fish Viewing,” “Joy in Clear Spring,” “Statue of Martyr Xu Wang,” “Mountain-Climbing Rest Pavilions,” and inscriptions and stone carvings by literary figures.
